Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE.

All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

  • Sample Production Costs

    • The cost of creating samples depends on the type of material used. The sample production cost is 1.5 times higher than the normal price.

    • For samples made with embroidery, an additional charge will apply for the embroidery program.

    • The pattern and sample creation process will take at least 14 working days after sample payment.

    • Sample revision process will take 7-10 working days.

  • Minimum Order Requirements

    • The minimum order quantity is 2 dozen (24 pcs), with the calculation of
      1 pax = 2 sets of clothing.

  • Sampling

    • Production will begin once the product sample is approved by the client

    • The production process will take 14-21 working days.

    • The sample cost will be "waived" if the client decides to proceed with production of at min. order ( 2 dozen per design)

    • The client is required to make a 50% down payment (DP) before initial production begins.

    • The client must make full payment after the entire production is completed.

    • We accept payments via bank transfer and cash. All transactions are processed securely.

  • Payments

    Delivery
    Clients can pick up the finished products directly from our office. The delivery time is an estimate and may change based on location and order volume. We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, accidents, or situations beyond our control.

  • Revisions

    • Clients who choose the “Template Uniform” option cannot make measurement revisions.

    • Clients who choose the “Custom Uniform” option can make measurement revisions.

    • Revisions that can be made include:
      a. If the shirt is too long, it can be shortened.
      b. If the sleeves are too wide, they can be narrowed.
      c. If the chest, waist, or hips are too large, they can be made smaller.

    • Clients cannot change the original design. Revisions are for size and fit adjustments, not for altering the style or design. If a different design is desired, a new sample can be made.

    • If the client initially agreed to use a specific fabric but the sample does not meet expectations and the client wants to change the fabric, an additional cost will apply for sampling.

  • Returns

    • It is important for clients to check the items or products they receive after delivery.

    • If there is a defective product or mistake, please contact us no later than 7 days after receiving the order for resolution.

    • Only defective products are eligible for return.

    • The repair of defective products depends on the defect and quantity of defective items. The repair process will take 10-14 days after the product is received by BINNAR.
